BSN supports brands, importers and promotional buyers with development, sourcing, sampling, production and inspection.
Material & trim sourcing
Fabric, lining, webbing, zippers, hardware and packaging are selected against appearance, function, compliance requirements and budget. Supplier qualification can include certificate checks, sample testing and on-site review.
Decoration & private label
Options include screen or transfer printing, embroidery, woven labels, rubber or metal badges, custom zipper pullers, Pantone color matching and retail packaging.
Sampling & written approval
Dimensions, color, artwork placement, construction and workmanship are confirmed through physical samples, images and written specifications. Multiple sample rounds can be arranged for complex programs.
Production control
The approved sample becomes the working reference. Incoming material inspection, cutting, sewing, in-process checks, finished inspection and packing control are built into the production flow.
Final inspection & shipment
Finished goods may be reviewed internally or by a buyer-appointed third party. MOQ, sample timing, production lead time, packing and shipment terms are confirmed in the written quotation.
