Approve support layers without visible hard edges.
Inspect pile clearance around zipper tape and corners.
Review crushing, imprinting and surface recovery after packing.
PRODUCT FAQ
Mark the cut direction for every visible panel and approve color and reflection on the assembled sample.
Review surface marking, compression, hardware protection and shape recovery after the proposed carton load.
Sustained pressure or contact with hardware can flatten pile or leave visible imprints, so the packed sample should be reviewed.
REPEAT & PACK-OUT CONTROL
Use the approved specification together with a traceable bulk reference and packing evidence. A retained unit supports comparison but does not replace inspection or project-specific acceptance criteria.
